How to prepare fish with potatoes

  We take any type of fish, spread it with half of the mixture, and mix it with the remaining potatoes, cut into circles, and tomatoes, then add the pepper. We can add any of the vegetables we want. Then we put in an oven pot, we arrange the circles of tomatoes, then the potatoes, and on top of them the fish, then the peppers with the lemon circles on top, and we pour half a cup of water mixed with a little mixture on the sides of the pot, then we pour a little olive oil on top and put it in the oven for half an hour to cook, and good appetite.
